The jury of the Second (Ningxia) Marselan Selection by CMB has been announced

Progress of the collection of wines samples

By the end of the collection of wine samples, the Fourth China (Ningxia) International Wine Competition & The Second (Ningxia) Marselan Selection by CMB initially received 1222 wine samples from 33 regions in 18 countries (including: 1075 domestic, 147 imported). The overall sample number increased by 14.5%, which is the largest number of wine samples since Ningxia Wine Competition was held.

1. The Fourth China (Ningxia) International Wine Competition: a total of 890 wines from 31 wine regions from 10 countries (China, France, Spain, Australia, Georgia, Italy, Chile, Hungary, the United States, New Zealand) were entered, including 856 domestic wines and 34 imported wines.
2. The Second (Ningxia) Marselan Selection by CMB: 332 wines from 125 companies from 21 regions in 12 countries (China, France, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Uruguay, Bulgaria, Morocco, Lebanon, Serbia, Montenegro) were submitted (28.2% more than the first Marcelin Competition), including 219 domestic wines and 113 imported wines. In the context of the average decline of 20% in the number of wines in the world’s three major competitions and domestic wine competitions this year, the Ningxia Wine Competition is still growing steadily, which is not easy.
